A bespoke evening of private dining and conversation held in an intimate setting within a Clifton Hill studio.

This evening includes:
Expert consultation and curation of the experience and conversation topics.

A Starward cocktail upon arrival for each guest.

A premium three-course meal provided by social enterprise Charcoal Lane.

Dedicated executive chef and waitstaff for the evening.

Premium drinks package allowing up to an avg. of four drinks per a person - Kooks Wine, Sample Brew and Capi soft drinks.

Equipment hire and cleaning fees including tables, chairs, crockery, cutlery, glassware, food equipment and linen. 

Exclusive venue access from 6.30 - 11pm.

Private executive dining and staycation Melbourne

The staycation package - executive private dining with overnight accommodation

6 to 12 people

Ideal for small management teams, particularly new teams that need to form deep bonds quickly in order to encourage more trust and communication in the workplace. See beyond a work persona and connect with the true person you work with.

This evening includes:
Overnight stay in a deluxe Victorian townhouse (Carlton or Fitzroy). Check in from 5pm and check out before 10am. 

Expert consultation and curation of the experience and conversation topics.

How it works

You step into a softly lit space in Melbourne’s hidden streets. As you enter you are handed a Starward cocktail and begin to settle into the evening. Your peers arrive and the room warms with quiet laughter and curious musings.

After half an hour of mingling you are ushered to your seats where question cards await you. The music softens and the hum of conversation begins.

This is the world of Convo. It only exists a few nights a year, and this time it’s just for you.

Tables of six to eight people discuss two questions per course. These are not widely known before the event and are purposefully crafted to reflect your team’s needs, values and interests.
